Hi, I'm Kawumba James. My orphanage center here in Uganda is a home for many wonderful children. These kids have been through so much, and my heart is to give them a safe and loving place to grow. We laugh, we play, and we learn together every day. But we have some big problems, and that's why I need your help.
Our Big Needs First, our toilets are not good. Imagine a child having to use a dirty, broken toilet outside. It's not safe, and it's not right. These kids deserve clean, private toilets. Right now, it's hard for them to stay healthy and feel good about themselves. Second, our children don't have good places to sleep. Many of them share old, worn-out beds, or they sleep on thin mats on the floor. Can you imagine trying to get a good night's rest without a proper bed, a soft mattress, or a warm blanket? Good sleep is so important for kids to grow strong and healthy. They really need their own comfortable beds, mattresses, and blankets. Why We Need $3000 CAD That's why I'm asking for your help to raise $3000 CAD. This money will go directly to fixing these big problems for my children. Here's what we'll buy: * New Toilets: A big part of the money will build clean, safe, and proper toilets. This means healthier kids and more dignity for them. * Beds: We'll buy sturdy beds so every child has their own place to sleep. * Mattresses: We'll get comfortable mattresses for those beds. A good mattress means better sleep and better health.
